Infatti si dice che adottando un tea pet ci aiuterà nella concentrazione e a meditare durante il rito del tè.

Essi verranno bagnati di volta in volta sia con l’acqua calda che con il tè, lasciando scorrere il tutto sul chapan. Per chi non lo sapesse, questo vassoio in legno, è dotato di scanalature apposite e di doppio fondo per raccogliere i residui del nostro infuso.

Secondo la tradizione cinese la prima volta che bagneremo col tè i nostri tea pets assumeranno un’anima e in seguito di degustazione in degustazione ci doneranno i loro poteri e diventeranno sempre più lucidi e profumati del nostro infuso preferito.
